At PMEUK we can offer single mould tool purchases or full turnkey tooling and machine

packages, with over 25 years experience within the plastic moulding industry.

Machine and mould tool packages offer our customers a delivery of

both Moulding machine and tool in one single delivery, eliminating all

costly setup delays and costs within the UK. Tool Design is a key factor

to make the mould successfully. All design engineers and assembly engineers of

PMEUK Suppliers have received specialists and strict professional training on mould design and design process, they will make comprehensive analyses on such aspects as quality, cost, and time for your moulds and plastic products, so as to guarantee your products can be brought forward to market with absolute competence. Our mould tooling suppliers adopted international advanced software – CAD/CAM/CAE in mould design and moldflow in injection moulding.

With the use of professional 3D software such as Pro-Engineer,Solidworks, Unigraphics,IDEAS,CATIA

Drawings can be provided 2D or 3D, DXF, DWG, PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP format etc, or samples can be submitted.
Many kinds of world-wide applied mould steels are used in our production, such as 738,738H, 718,718H, S136, S136H from ASSAB of Sweden, NAK80 from DAIDO of Japan and P20, 420.

 

Most mould bases and standard components come from LKM.

At the same time, our suppliers also can design mould according to customer’s requirement, such as DME,HASCO,DAIDO,standard. each mould component will be produced and inspected strictly according to Parts tooling standard drawing.

 

After the final confirmation of samples and mould tool trial video by the customer, we will according to international export packaging standard pack the mould tool or Machine and tool .to avoid any damage during the long distance delivery by sea or by air.

 

Our Suppliers will provide a copy of mould project details onto CD, this includes the latest tool trial also moulding samples, trial report electrodes, and spare parts will be packed and delivered with the mould.

PMEUK provides a full range of after-service to further guarantee customer’s production, such as providing spare parts for replacement, we will also follow up with regular communication, to assist customer and resolve any production issues.
